Brussel Sprouts, Bacon, and Cranberry Dish for Thanksgiving Dinner

Looking to get creative this Thanksgiving? Here is an awesome side dish that would be the perfect addition to your favorite classics! We took Brussel Sprouts and turned them into a delicious side! We added awesome ingredients, like Bacon, Balsamic Vinegar, Goat Cheese, Candied Pecans, and our Dried Cranberries. The Cranberries just give it the perfect amount of sweetness that really adds to the dish!

INGREDIENTS:

4 SLICES BACON

1 LB BRUSSEL SPROUTS

CHOPPED UP SHALLOT

1 TBSP MAPLE SYRUP

1 TBSP BALSAMIC VINEGAR

1/2 TSP FRESHLY CRACKED BLACK PEPPER

1/2 CUP CRANBERRIES

1/4 CUP WALNUTS

SEA SALT

GOAT CHEESE TO TASTE

DIRECTIONS:

HEAT OVEN TO 425 DEGREES. COOK BACON ON STOVE. IN A SEPARATE BOWL MIX TOGETHER BACON GREASE, MAPLE SYRUP, BALSAMIC VINEGAR, AND PEPPER. TOSS OVER BRUSSEL SPROUTS. ROAST BRUSSEL SPROUTS ON BAKING SHEET FOR 15 MINUTES, AND THEN ADD CRANBERRIES, WALNUTS, AND SEA SALT. ROAST FOR AN ADDITIONAL 5 MINUTES, AND SPRINKLE WITH SEA SALT AND GOAT CHEESE.
