Cranberry Broccoli Power Salad

We are always looking for new ways to eat our greens! This is the perfect way to blend your vegetables with delicious toppings and a tasty dressing. We used our Premium Dried Cranberries in this recipe, because they provide a perfect tart and sweet balance and an extra boost of antioxidants. Hope you enjoy this recipe as much as we did! We couldn’t help sneak taste bites before we even took pictures :)

CRANBERRY BROCCOLI POWER SALAD

INGREDIENTS:

5-6 cups broccoli florets 

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese

2/3 Cup Sister’s Dried Cranberries

1/3 Cup Bacon 

1/2 Cup Sunflower seeds

1/3 cup Red Onion


DRESSING

3/4 Cup Mayo

1/4 cup sour cream

1 1/2 Tablespoon white wine vinegar

3 Tablespoons sugar

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper


DIRECTIONS:

Combine Broccoli Florets, Cheddar Cheese, Dried Cranberries, Bacon, Sunflower Seeds, and Red Onion in a bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk together Mayo, Sour Cream, Vinegar, Sugar, Salt, and Pepper until smooth and well combined. Pour dressing over broccoli combination and toss. Enjoy!
