EASY Blueberry Buttermilk Pancakes

These ultra-fluffy, homestyle buttermilk pancakes are loaded with tangy & sweet wild blueberries! If you’re like us and you can never get too much fruit, try them with our Wild Blueberry old-fashioned style real fruit syrup for a truly superb breakfast treat!

Ingredients
1 cup Sisters Fruit Co. Wild Blueberry Buttermilk Pancake Mix
3/4 cup cool water

Directions
1. In a medium mixing bowl, lightly whisk apple cinnamon pancake mix with water
2. Heat griddle to 375 degrees
3. Grease griddle cooking surface with butter or oil
4. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto heated and greased griddle
5. Once bubbles have formed around the edges (about 90 seconds), flip pancakes and cook for an additional 90 seconds.
